The Saint Ann Monastery was built on the hill “Mosului” from Orsova between 1936-1939 by the wars journalist Pamfil Seicaru. The monastery was built in memory of journalist`s mother and is dedicated to St. Anne. Abode is a convent and was consecrated only in 1990.
