Large and Small Boilers (“Cazanele mici si mari”) covers 215 hectare and is located in the north-east of Dubova and they are separated by Dubova basin. The Boilers of Danube is the portion of the gorge where Danube crosses the narrowest and most grandiose area, forming a well-individualized geomorphological portion.
Large Boilers have a length of 3,8km and a windth of 200-350 meters and consists of Ciucaru Big Hill on the left and Great Hill Stirbatul on the right.
Small Boilers have a length of 3,6 km long and 150-350 meters wide and consists of Little Ciucaru Hill and Little Stirbatul Hill.
